Cancellation Policy:

Please be considerate of your therapist. If you know you can not make your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to fill that appointment time.

• Cancellations must be made 2 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations can be made through Noterro – online scheduling.
• Late cancellations will result in a $15 charge in service booked.

No Show Policy:

There will be an additional charge of $15 for not showing up to your appointment without 24-hour cancellation.

• For more than three no shows on file:
  • Client will be subject to a same-day client list.
  • Client will have to call on the day they wish to schedule a service to inquire on therapist availability.
